Pregnancy workshop
Interactive preparation for birth, breastfeeding and the postpartum period
In groups of up to five couples we elaborate on three main themes: labour and delivery, breastfeeding and mother and baby after delivery. During three evening sessions you will get a range of information so that you can prepare optimally. The sessions aim to give peace and confidence in the birthing process for you to make your own informed decisions. The information will be provided in an interactive manner and practical exercises as well as time to exchange experiences with the other couples are also foreseen. Time and space to ask questions will be provided.
Ideally you take part in the three evenings around 30-35 weeks of your pregnancy (7-8 months).
There is a partial reimbursement from your social security, with a personal additional amount of 90€/3 sessions.
From May on we will start giving 4 sessions, with a personal additional amount of 120€/4 sessions.
Of course, you can always make an appointment for additional individual preparation if you still have questions.
