Belly2belly Walking

The birth of a child makes a big change in your life as a woman. Time to exercise is often shifted to the bottom of your To-Do List or Wish List due to circumstances. As a result, many mothers find years after birth that they no longer have stamina and that their muscles have become weak.

Thanks to Belly2Belly Walking you can quickly rebuild your fitness after pregnancy, and this together with your little one! Belly2Belly Walking is a form of movement that uses the Nordic Walking technique and combines it with ergonomic carrying of your child.

Belly2Belly is aimed at mothers and their baby from a few weeks to about 3.5 years old. Under professional guidance, we work on your stamina, your strength, your flexibility, your balance and your coordination. In addition, during the training a lot of attention is paid to the correct Nordic walking technique because this increases the performance and thus also prevents injuries.

You start with a 5-part series of Belly2Belly Walking Beginners and can then decide whether you want to develop further in the 5-part series of Belly2Belly Walking Advanced. Once you have completed both series of lessons, your technique and condition will be sufficiently built up to join the Belly2Belly Walking Expert group that makes a beautiful trip through the vast Sonian Forest every week.
