For whom?
Moms who would like to exercise with their baby, but also moms who would like to exercise without a baby during the postnatal months. You must have given birth at least 6 weeks ago.
Special baby nests are provided for the babies!

Cost price
30 euros for two 45-minute sessions. Registration is necessary. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.
